Lightning in a Bottle 2022 announces theme and new elements Make LaB , the creators of Lightning in a bottle , has just sweetened the experience with a number of new program elements and themes for fans heading to the shores of Buena Vista Lake in Southern California next year for the resurgence of the legendary festival.
