£1.7m investment for SportTech PlayerData

The Edinburgh-based company, which develops software, analytics, gamification and wearable technology, was supported by Hiro Capital, gaming legend Ian Livingstone.   In his first year of life PlayerData   has recorded more than 10,000 team meetings and 50 million meters e s of athletes play in the UK at grassroots level s Occer and r Rugby.   The financing   is used for charging PlayerData's growth across multiple sports and international expansion.
