The Kaiser Permanente study, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, looked at nearly 50,000 adults with Covid-19. The study found that those who met the goal of the U.S. Department of Health's guidelines for physical activity - of at least 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity - had significantly fewer cases of hospitalization, ICU admissions, and death due to a Covid-19 disease. YouTube Shorts, a TikTok-like short-form video app, has been growing in popularity with over 6.5 billion daily views since March, up from 3.5 billion at the end of 2020, the company said. YouTube launched the Shorts app in India last September. Shorts is a new short-form video experience directly on YouTube for developers and artists who want to record short, catchy videos using just their mobile phones.
