OTTAWA - Free technology help will be available in May for people who need help with their smartphone, tablet or iPad. Technology trainers will be available on Mondays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm at the Putnam County District Library in Ottawa, 136 Putnam Parkway, Ottawa.
