Technology High Named A Top U.S. High School: U.S. News

ROHNERT PARK, CA - The Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District's Technology High has been named one of the best high schools in the United States for 2021, according to a new ranking by US News and World Report. This year's list includes more than 17,800 public high schools across the country and 2,598 public high schools in California. Among those schools, Technology High was ranked # 263 in the nation, # 35 in the state of California, and # 1 in the Santa Rosa Metro Area. Technology High received a total of 98.53 points on its scorecard from its US news: 74 percent of students have taken at least one Advanced Placement exam, 63 percent have passed at least one AP exam, the school has 82 percent math skills, 96 percent about reading skills. and a completion rate of 100 percent. Elsewhere in the district, Credo High was ranked 9,219 in the nation and 1,092 in California with a 91 percent graduation rate, while Rancho Cotate High was ranked 9,918 in the nation and No. 1

As the principal of New Albany High School, I am reminded daily of the extraordinary talents of our students. We pride ourselves on their achievement and look for opportunities to celebrate it all year round.
